ABOUT RONNIE

Creative:

As a lifelong maker and creative type, I have worked within many mediums of expression (such as paints, ink, clay, collage etc.), but my home is in making interactive Eco-Art. Eco-Art simply means I work mainly with materials found in nature or from repurposing everyday items and waste. Specifically, my heart is in shadow puppetry and marionettes.

When not making things of play I consider myself an avid observer of nature and a covert woodland sculptor. I enjoy spending days in the woods building creatures and shelters from forest debris. Or, on beaches, making structures and scenes from whatever the waters spit out at me (rocks, shells, driftwood, bones, etc.). I love this form of interactive art, co-creating environments that eventually get swallowed back up by nature.

Healing:

My other passions and life's work lie within the Healing Arts. I am an Energy-Worker and Massage Therapist licensed in both New Jersey & Pennsylvania.

I am a Reiki Master & Teacher, IET Master & Instructor, Medium and Intuitive Empath offering many services both virtually and in-person.

I am an approved provider for UniteForHER, a nonprofit who helps those diagnosed with breast cancer receive integrative care at no cost. I also work in Hospice Care part-time and am working towards becoming a Death Doula. I am currently enrolled in a university program to earn degrees in Metaphysics and Parapsychology.

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Veronica (aka Ronnie) now resides with her lovely wife and creative partner, Misty, in New Jersey.

When not making art, they’re renovating their 1920s home, exploring local scenes, finding energy for woods walks, cultivating herb gardens, and connecting with friends and family. They share their home life with their circus of adopted fur friends.

“Two Birds One Song” was adopted from a saying Ronnie began repeating as a kid to try to replace the more popular adage “Two Birds [with] One Stone,” desiring a phrase that sounded more cooperative and sweet.
